Directions for Use:
- Pour boiling water (250ml) over 1 teaspoon of tea using a strainer or disposable tea bag and brew for 5 minutes. Drink tea 15 minutes after breakfast and 15 minutes after lunch before 16h00. You can take in conjunction with 1 fatmelting capsule a day after breakfast for faster results. Drink until you reach your goal weight, centimetres or inches loss.
No need to follow any specific diet, eat small portions of food. Preferably 5 small meals per day.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, to maintain adequate hydration during use.
The first 3 days period one may experience headache. This is typical symptom of body detoxification period and will pass.
